From preparation to sign-off,
in four steps
A step-by-step account of what you send, what is agreed and what is checked.
This is enough to begin
Exact drawings and dimensions are not required to begin. We review what you have and ask only for what is missing.
- Furniture photos
- Overall view · side · damaged area
- Rough dimensions
- Width · depth · height. For built-ins, include the wall and floor where it will be installed
- Setting
- Home · commercial · camper · boat, frequency of use and exposure to water or stains
- Quantity · timing
- Quantity and preferred timing. Leave blank if they are not decided
Up to three photographs can be attached to the quote request form.
From enquiry to installation
Process photographs are staged images for the mock-up.
Send photos
Front, side, the damaged part. With a receipt number, a free assessment and a rough quote follow within 2 business days.
Fabric and specification
Confirmed with real swatches. Specification and price are fixed here.
We make it
Cut, sewn and assembled, then dimensions and finish are checked. We send progress photos.
Deliver and fit
We check it together in place. The after-care scope is written in the quotation.

What inspection looks at
Dimensions, material markings, sewing and finish are checked against the agreed scope and specification.
- Dimensions
- Checked against drawings and survey values. Tolerance: to be confirmed
- Foam
- Ordered density checked against the foam delivered
- Sewing
- Seam finish and attachment points checked
- Volume orders
- Sample size and pass criteria agreed at order and recorded
- After-care
- Early compression and seam issues — scope stated in the quotation
Volume orders
are handled differently
Making many at the same quality is a different job from making one well. Material specification, lot control, staged delivery, labelling and packaging are all settled as order conditions first.
Public-sector and procurement orders follow the specification and required certifications.
Questions before work begins
Do I need exact measurements?
No — rough is fine. Three photos tell us most of what we need, and we measure precisely after collection.
How long does it take?
1–2 weeks for a single piece. Fabric supply can change that, so the first reply includes a schedule.
How do collection and delivery work?
Stated in the quotation by region and item. Built-in furniture gets a separate installation date.
Is there after-care?
Yes. Warranty scope and period are stated in the quotation, and workmanship faults are repaired free of charge.
Can you take business and public-sector volume?
Yes. Material specification, lot control and delivery schedule are agreed as order conditions; public-sector work follows the specification and required certifications.
